Prime Video is forming a new organization to redefine its operational landscape with AI. As a Software Development Engineer, you will build agentic AI solutions for business automation, collaborating with senior engineers and scientists. This role offers a chance to work on complex distributed systems and see your contributions directly improve operations for customers worldwide.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, implement, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and reliable services for our automation platform.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and applied scientists to deliver on our product roadmap and solve customer problems.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to tackle technical challenges in a large-scale distributed environment.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design reviews, code reviews, and operational support, while adhering to engineering best practices.
  • Work backwards from business needs to build features and systems that directly impact internal customers and improve efficiency.

Krav

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience building large-scale machine learning and AI solutions at Internet scale.
