Amazon's Quick Commerce (QC) is rapidly expanding, and the QC Fulfillment Technology team is building the next generation of fulfillment technology from the ground up. As a Software Development Engineer, you will design, develop, and operate scalable fulfillment services for micro-stores, impacting millions of customers with ultra-fast delivery. This role offers a 0->1 opportunity to shape Quick Commerce operations at Amazon.

Ansvarsområden

Design, build, and maintain scalable services and APIs for the QC fulfillment stack.
Develop systems that enforce operational controls beyond Amazon sites, including external fulfillment environments with our 3P partners.
Collaborate with Senior SDEs, Principal Engineers, TPMs, and Product Managers to define technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following Amazon's engineering best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to raising the engineering bar.
Work in a fast-paced, agile environment with rapid iteration cycles.

Krav

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling of new and existing systems).
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field.
