Ansvarsområden

Design, build, and own high-quality software features across the full development lifecycle.
Deliver improvements to major portions of the team's codebase, including refactoring and deprecation work.
Write clear, maintainable code and provide meaningful feedback through code review.
Identify and resolve root causes of operational issues and drive improvements to team operational health.
Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and peers to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable, scalable software solutions.
Produce clear technical documentation.
Mentor and actively train teammates on team systems and engineering best practices.
Make sound priority tradeoffs between new feature development and operational work.
Stay current with industry innovations and apply them where relevant.
Contribute to a culture of inclusive, constructive dialogue and continuous improvement.

Krav

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
