- Build AI-powered coaching capabilities, including generative AI applications.
- Develop systems connecting associate performance signals with development interventions.
- Create closed-loop systems to measure and improve learning/coaching outcomes.
- Translate emerging models and experiments into reliable production systems with Product and Science partners.
- Make foundational architectural decisions for a greenfield product space.
- Design APIs, data models, and integration patterns.
- Build mechanisms for experimentation, measurement, and observability.
- Deliver secure, reliable, and globally scalable systems with high operational excellence.
Krav
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
