Ansvarsområden
- Design and build scalable services and experiences for personalized learning, coaching, and associate development.
- Build AI-powered coaching capabilities, including generative AI applications.
- Develop systems connecting associate performance signals with development interventions.
- Create closed-loop systems to measure and improve learning and coaching outcomes.
- Work with Product and Science partners to translate models and experiments into production systems.
- Make foundational architectural decisions for a greenfield product space.
- Design APIs, data models, and integration patterns for associate development capabilities.
- Build mechanisms for experimentation, measurement, and observability.
- Deliver secure, reliable, and globally scalable systems with operational excellence.
Krav
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and existing systems.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, operations).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems or customer-facing platforms.
- Experience building applications using machine learning, generative AI, large language models, recommendation systems, or personalization.
- Experience taking ambiguous or zero-to-one technical problems from concept through production.
- Experience designing systems that integrate data and capabilities across multiple services and organizational boundaries.
- Experience with experimentation, measurement, and data-driven product development.
