Saab is seeking Software Developers for their Naval division in Tampere, Finland, to work on the 9LV Combat System. Responsibilities include developing, testing, and debugging software using Java and Linux within an agile team. Ansvarsområden

  • Develop efficient code based on specifications.
  • Design, test, and build software to meet user needs.
  • Verify and deploy software tools and processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  • Document information required for upgrades and maintenance.
  • Focus initially on simulation and training capabilities.

Krav

  • Good understanding and experience from agile SW development.
  • Good programming skills with Java.
  • Ability to work both in teams and independently.
  • Good communication skills in speaking and writing (Finnish and English).
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other equivalent background.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Virtualization and containerization techniques and tools.
  • PKI management or TPM2 knowledge.
  • Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and related frameworks.
  • Product creation experience.
