I korthet

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Specialist to drive the user experience and interface design of Metrologic DCS products. This role involves designing end-to-end user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring a modern, scalable, and intuitive user experience across the digital manufacturing ecosystem. Requires 5+ years of experience in industrial context and business portfolio, proven technical knowledge in Figma, and experience designing complex B2B or industrial software environments.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead UX definition and evolution for the MLM platform, revamping workflows and ensuring seamless navigation.
  • Design end-to-end user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.
  • Analyze customer workflows in manufacturing, inspection, quality management, metrology, and engineering.
  • Create modern, responsive, and scalable UI concepts and develop reusable UI components.
  • Harmonize workflows and user interactions across the Metrologic-DCS software ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customers throughout the development lifecycle.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, master’s in computer applications (MCA), or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in creation of industrial context and business portfolio.
  • Proven technical knowledge in Figma and good understanding of latest tools for creating UI/UX.
  • Proven experience designing workflows and interfaces for complex B2B or industrial software environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, workflow optimization, and UI design capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
  • Understanding industrial workflows and engineering user personas.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, French would be a plus.
