Amazon's UTR Tech team is looking for a Software Dev Engineer II to build and scale systems powering fast delivery promises like Same-Day Delivery and Rush programs. This role requires strong technical ownership and operational impact in a live, sub-hour delivery network.

Ansvarsområden

  • Take part in architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of large-scale and complex software systems.
  • Leverage experience and expertise to deliver innovative solutions to challenging problems.

  • Set a great example to other engineers through code, design, and implementation decisions.
  • Impact technical decisions in the broader organization and mentor other engineers.

Krav

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence.
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
