AWS Infrastructure Services is hiring a Software Dev Engineer-II to automate the infra supply chain. You will build large-scale distributed applications from scratch using modern technologies like reactive microservices and serverless computing. This role offers a greenfield opportunity to solve complex architecture and business problems.

Ansvarsområden

  • Solve complex architecture and business problems to come up with extensible solutions.
  • Write high quality code that is modular, functional and testable.
  • Formally mentor junior engineers on design, coding and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a global environment.

Krav

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental algorithms and system design.
  • Ability to produce bulletproof code.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality designs and components.
  • Creativity in solving hard problems and thinking out-of-the-box.
