Accenture is seeking a Social Value Project Manager in Newcastle to lead social value, social mobility, and early talent programs. This hybrid role involves managing delivery plans, reporting on progress, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive change and sustainable business growth.

Ansvarsområden

Manage an integrated delivery plan for social value commitments across multiple contracts.
Provide clear and accurate reporting against the plan, proactively flagging risks and issues.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and maintain a pipeline of social value activities.
Work collaboratively with clients to connect commitments across contracts and identify synergies.
Use AI ethically and appropriately to accelerate outputs, improve insight, and support efficient delivery.

Krav

Experience managing integrated delivery plans across multiple contracts or workstreams.
Strong reporting and analytical skills to monitor progress and communicate performance.
Proven ability to identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues, driving mitigating actions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across internal teams, external organizations, and community partners.
Experience collaborating with clients to align commitments and create additional value.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor updates for different audiences.
Understanding of how to use AI ethically and appropriately to improve efficiency and accelerate outputs.

Knowledge of the North East skills, education, employability or community ecosystem.
A strong interest in technology careers and inclusive routes into the sector.
Experience supporting public sector bids or contractual social value commitments.
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate impact through evidence and human-centred narratives.
