Ansvarsområden

Lead the development and deployment of Tetra Pak's Human Rights Due Diligence process.
Provide human rights expertise, insights, and training.
Develop and deploy human rights risk assessment, action planning, and KPI development.
Collaborate with teams on reporting, awareness building, and capacity securing.
Support stakeholders in mitigation and remedy of human rights issues.
Assist Sustainability Operations market teams in implementing human rights due diligence.
Undertake research on human rights processes and impacts.
Develop relationships with external stakeholders.

Krav

Relevant university degree on Master level.
Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights or specific human rights issues.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Track record of driving change and reaching targets in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Capability to work independently and develop ideas, projects, and tools.
Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups across multiple geographies.
Desk and qualitative research skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
