Ericsson is seeking a Security Analyst (SOC L1) in Bangalore, India to monitor and manage security events and incidents on a 24/7 basis. Responsibilities include triaging potential incidents, performing initial investigations, and generating reports, with a focus on maintaining service availability and protecting information assets.
Ansvarsområden
- Security event management on a 24/7 shift schedule.
- Monitor incoming event queues for potential security incidents.
- Perform initial investigation and triage of potential incidents.
- Raise incidents to respective teams for resolution within SLA.
- Manage Identity Access.
- Perform vulnerability scanning and reporting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly governance reports.
Krav
- Basic knowledge of a Security Information and Event Management System (SIEM).
- Basic knowledge of a vulnerability scanning system.
- Knowledge of both Linux-based and MS Windows-based systems.
- Knowledge of IP networking.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, English is a must.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Graduate in Computer Science or similar.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT security, with at least 1 year in the field.
- ITIL certification, CEH, Security +, CCNA Security or similar will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications networks will be an added advantage.
