Ansvarsområden
- Lead the successful execution of advanced SoC implementation projects, providing technical direction across the complete implementation flow.
- Drive design quality and delivery excellence through robust methodologies, engineering best practices, and continuous process improvement.
- Guide teams through complex implementation and signoff challenges and serve as the escalation point for critical technical issues.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing SoC Implementation team in Vietnam, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of technical rigor, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with customers, Business Units, R&D teams, and other key stakeholders to align engineering execution with business priorities and customer needs.
Krav
- BS, MS, or PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Electromechanics, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC implementation, with proven success delivering complex designs from synthesis through tapeout.
- Strong expertise in synthesis, timing constraint development and debug, physical implementation, STA, timing closure, and signoff.
- Solid experience with implementation quality and signoff flows, including low-power verification, Formality (FM), GCA checks, and related validation methodologies.
- Deep understanding of advanced implementation and signoff concepts, including MMMC analysis, signal integrity, power integrity, extraction, and physical verification.
- Hands-on experience with Synopsys implementation and signoff tools such as Fusion Compiler, ICC2, PrimeTime, StarRC, ICV, VCLP, and Formality.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using TCL, Perl, Python, or similar languages.
- Proven track record leading and developing large engineering teams, with strong coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
