Amazon NOW is expanding its quick-commerce network in India, and this role is crucial for managing the operational health of its warehouse, replenishment, and last-mile tools. You will act as the bridge between operations and product/tech teams, translating operational needs into product requirements, overseeing tool deployment, managing change, and quantifying the impact of changes on customer experience and cost.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own the operational roadmap for HWMS and the UTR and OTR tool set.
  • Represent operations in the product development cycle.
  • Partner with product and tech teams on requirements, BRDs and prioritization.
  • Hold a governance bar that no tool deploys without operations sign-off and validated inputs.
  • Lead change management for tool rollouts across 600-plus 3P-operated sites.
  • Build the business case for each initiative by quantifying customer-experience and cost tradeoffs.
  • Drive major transitions (e.g., migration to a next-generation WMS), coordinating pilots, defect resolution and phased scale-up.
  • Diagnose where broken tool inputs are causing downstream operational failures and drive them to closure.
  • Manage a wide stakeholder set across operations, product, supply chain, central operations, finance and 3P partners.
  • Establish mechanisms, metrics and review cadences to keep the network's operational health visible and improving.

Krav

  • Significant program or product management experience in operations, supply chain, e-commerce or logistics.
  • Hands-on knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse or fulfilment operations.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management across operations, product and business teams.
  • Proven change-management experience deploying processes or tools across multiple sites.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build customer-experience and cost tradeoff models and reason in unit economics.
  • A working understanding of product and technology development.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in quick commerce, grocery, fresh or perishable operations.
  • Experience working with third-party operated networks and the associated partner and compliance considerations.
  • Experience owning or contributing to a WMS build or migration.
  • Familiarity with last-mile operations and the UTR-to-OTR handoff.
  • A track record of taking ambiguous, evolving problems from zero to a working mechanism.
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
