As a Subject Matter Expert in Azure IaaS and Terraform, you will resolve escalations and incidents while mentoring team members and enhancing operational processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing Azure IaaS and Windows environments, using Terraform for automation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and analysis.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents by analyzing Azure IaaS and Windows environments, adhering to service level agreements.
  • Mentor team members and administrators on best practices in Azure IaaS and Terraform, preparing standard operating procedures and maintaining documentation.
  • Validate change order implementation plans and ensure human error compliance through capacity planning and using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
  • Facilitate positive customer feedback and satisfaction by engaging in customer meetings, addressing concerns related to Azure services, and providing effective communication to stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause and trend analyses of incidents, validating findings, and generating reports for performance improvements and presenting insights to key business stakeholders.

Krav

  • Strong proficiency in Azure IaaS and Windows Server management.
  • Advanced expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in documenting processes and creating standard operating procedures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
