I korthet

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer to support and maintain enterprise security infrastructure, including Prisma Access, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), and Palo Alto Networks firewalls. The role focuses on incident handling, troubleshooting, configuration support, and operational excellence.

Ansvarsområden

  • Handle critical incidents and escalations.
  • Troubleshoot user access issues (VPN, proxy, SASE platforms).
  • Troubleshoot application/website access issues.
  • Troubleshoot DNS, latency, and connectivity problems.
  • Analyze logs using Panorama and Zscaler dashboards.
  • Perform packet capture analysis (Wireshark/tcpdump).
  • Provide operational support for Prisma Access (Mobile Users, Remote Networks, Service Connections).
  • Provide operational support for Zscaler (ZIA – Internet Access, ZPA – Private Access).
  • Troubleshoot GlobalProtect VPN issues.
  • Troubleshoot Zscaler Client Connector issues.
  • Monitor tunnel status (IPsec/GRE) and user traffic flow.
  • Troubleshoot tunnel failures (IPsec/GRE).
  • Troubleshoot authentication and SSO issues.
  • Configure and manage Palo Alto Networks NGFWs: Security policies, NAT rules, URL filtering policies.
  • Support App-ID and User-ID based policies.
  • Support SSL Decryption troubleshooting.
  • Monitor firewall health and logs.

Krav

  • Hands-on experience with Prisma Access.
  • Hands-on experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA).
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS.
  • Strong understanding of VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL VPN).
  • Strong understanding of proxy concepts (PAC file, explicit proxy).
  • Experience in log analysis.
  • Experience in policy-based troubleshooting.
  • Experience in user access issue resolution.
