Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, responsible for resolving escalated incidents and ensuring quality compliance within Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Satellite, and Cluster environments. This role involves mentoring team members, validating change plans, driving customer satisfaction, and performing analyses like RCA and trend analysis.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets and incidents by analyzing issues within Red Hat Linux and Red Hat Satellite environments, adhering to agreed SLAs.
  • Mentor team members and administrators by preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining effective documentation, while facilitating knowledge sharing to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Validate change order implementation plans and human error compliance for Red Hat Cluster setups, actively participating in capacity planning to align resources with business needs.
  • Drive positive customer feedback by engaging in customer meetings, understanding issues faced, and providing effective solutions leveraging Red Hat Linux and Red Hat Satellite.
  • Validate analyses such as root cause analysis and trend analysis, presenting findings and performance reports to key business stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Krav

  • Proficient in Red Hat Linux and Red Hat Satellite, with a solid understanding of Red Hat Cluster management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause and trend analyses effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with business stakeholders and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Familiarity with capacity planning and change management processes within IT operations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification is preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is optional but valuable.
