HCLTech is seeking a Program & Project Management SME with 8-12 years of experience, particularly in Network and compute projects, for a role in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents by analyzing ticket data and implementing corrective actions according to agreed SLAs.
  • Mentor team members and administrators while preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
  • Validate change order implementation plans and ensure human error compliance, actively participating in capacity planning to align resources with operational demands.
  • Engage in customer meetings to gather feedback and understand challenges, ensuring a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and trend analyses, validating findings and reports to provide actionable insights for key business stakeholders to improve operational performance.
  • Analyze ticket data and implement corrective actions.

  • Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customers
  • In depth knowledge of how to navigate through matrixed organizations to engage teams and get work done
  • Can establish and maintain effective relationships with business and IT customers to gain their trust and respect
  • Excellent influencing skills to gain alignment and manage portfolio of programs / projects
  • Ability to think strategically and set the agenda for the portfolio
  • In depth understanding of project terminology and methodology
  • 2-5 years of Program management
  • 8-10 years of experience managing programs
  • Good Experience in Network and compute Project management.
  • Ability to lead multi-function program team through influencing skills
  • In depth Risk / Issue / Change Management knowledge
  • Developing executive level PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to understand interdependencies and can connect the dots on how one program impacts another
  • Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer.
  • Hosting meetings, taking meeting notes, and documenting action items
  • Ability to organize complex and/or ambiguous information for sponsors
  • Organizing program goals / objectives into portfolio with specific priorities / sequencing
  • Work closely with the Program Executive Sponsor, Steering Committees and Portfolio Managers
  • Proficient in Project Management Methodologies and Tools, particularly in DMO and Project Execution.
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the Ability to Perform Trend Analysis and Root Cause Investigations.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to Effectively Liaise with Stakeholders and Present Findings.
  • Familiarity with SLA Management and Incident Resolution Processes.
  • Knowledge of Capacity Planning and Change Management Principles.
