HCLTech seeks an experienced SME in Oracle Identity Manager and Compliance Remediation for its Pune, India location. The role involves L3 support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including configuration, incident debugging, patch application, and RCA production. Responsibilities also extend to Oracle Single Sign On (Access Management) L3 SME duties, ensuring centralized policy creation and debugging authentication/authorization issues.

Ansvarsområden

Configure Role Association Type as per the defined policy.
Debug incidents related to user identity provisioning / de-provisioning.
Debug incidents related to user account reconciliation.
Debug issues related to Delegation of approvals and workflows.
Apply latest Hotfix / Patches.
Produce RCA for problem tickets related to user provisioning / de-provisioning, user account reconciliation, delegation of approvals and workflows.
Responsible for Knowledge Transfer from the incumbent.
Responsible for verifying the IDM specific configurations like rules, connectors, policies and other prerequisites documented by project / pre-live team for production release.
Ensure the appropriate monitoring exists on IAM components and continually maintaining the uptime of the environment.
Raise a support request with product vendor support team for possible product bug.
Upgrade of Microsoft Identity Management and associated components.
Ensure centralized policy creation with sufficient management and enforcement.
Debug the issues related to user authentication, authorization, session management and Single Sign On.
Verify the configurations related to realm (resource filter), rule, response documented by project / pre-live team for production release.
Raise support request with product vendor support team for possible product bug.
Continually maintaining the currency of OAM.
Review existing deployment architecture and document-and-propose target deployment architecture.

Krav

8+ years of experience in IAM.
Minimum 5+ year of experience in L3 level of support in Identity and Access Management.
Experience in technologies such as Java / J2EE, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS and Linux.
Good understanding of Change Management and release management process.
Strong analytical, problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
