We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Administration, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MS SQL. This role involves ensuring timely resolution of escalated incidents, mentoring team members, and participating in capacity planning. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in various database systems and cloud platforms.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents by performing in-depth analyses using Oracle Administration and PostgreSQL tools, adhering to agreed SLAs.
  • Mentor team members and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that document processes and best practices in Oracle and PostgreSQL administration, ensuring knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Validate change order implementation plans and human error compliance, utilizing PostgreSQL and Oracle administration skills to participate in capacity planning discussions and activities.
  • Engage actively in customer meetings to gather feedback and address issues, leveraging expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL to enhance customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Conduct thorough analyses, including root cause analysis and trend analysis, using Oracle and PostgreSQL data to generate reports that facilitate performance improvements, presenting insights to key business stakeholders.

Krav

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Administration and PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency in MySQL and MS SQL administration.
  • Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality compliance metrics.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and trend analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and mentoring.
