We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience in OKTA and CyberArk PAM for a full-time, on-site role in Pune or Bengaluru, India. The role involves developing and managing CyberArk PAM solutions, architecting secure access management, and providing technical leadership in privilege access management to meet client business needs.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and execute strategies for implementing and managing CyberArk PAM solutions.
  • Manage ongoing PAM systems activities, including installation, upgrade, and patching of CyberArk.
  • Architect, design, and implement secure and scalable access management solutions using CyberArk.
  • Provide technical leadership in Privilege Access Management, aligning with best practices and security standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide consultation.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or migrations to CyberArk PAM.
  • Stay updated with the latest PAM features, security trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful CyberArk implementations.

Krav

  • Experience with Cyber-Ark Privileged Access Security (PAS) suite.
  • Management/Administration of Privileged Access Management tool.
  • Managing and maintaining the CyberArk PAM platform (Vault, PSM, PVWA, CPM, PSM for SSH, AD Bridge).
  • Management of day-to-day CyberArk management operations.
  • Maintaining contact with vendors regarding security system updates, products, and maintenance agreements.
  • Reviewing solutions of recommended products, applications, and infrastructure to uphold security measures related to Identity and Access Management.
  • Checking and monitoring logs/events for UNIX, Windows, and other user identity management platforms.
  • Administration of privileged user accounts on Windows/Linux using various CyberArk components.
  • Integrating platforms (UNIX servers, Windows servers, Databases, Networking Devices) with CyberArk.
  • Conducting health check monitoring on all CyberArk servers for consistent and stable availability.
  • Creating and Managing Safes, platforms, and Owners.
  • CPM policies management or redistribution.
  • Implementing the Password Upload Utility.
  • Auditing Accounts and working on various reports, user’s server login issues, and user permission issues.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, UNIX, Active Directory, Windows.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows/VMware administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Cluster Server.
  • In-depth knowledge of CyberArk PACLI to automate tasks.
  • Experience using LDAP, Active Directory.
  • Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems with PAM Solution.
  • Knowledge of virtual environments with experience in integrating ESX, ESX(i) hosts with CyberArk.
  • SIEM or ticketing systems (such as Rapid 7, SNOW) enterprise monitoring and alerting using SNMP.
  • Understanding of SSH and Windows RDP.
