The Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) will be responsible for resolving escalations and incidents related to MS Windows, Hyper-V, SCVMM, and SCCM, ensuring adherence to SLAs. This role involves mentoring team members, assessing change plans, and conducting root cause analyses for key business stakeholders.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets and incidents through in-depth analysis of Microsoft Hyper-V, SCVMM, and SCCM configurations, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Mentor team members and administrators in best practices for Microsoft Hyper-V and SCCM operations, preparing standard operating procedures and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Validate change order implementation plans and assess human error compliance, actively participating in capacity planning activities.
  • Engage in customer meetings to address and resolve issues, ensuring positive feedback and high satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct thorough analyses, including root cause and trend analysis, and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations for business stakeholders.

Krav

  • Proficient in Microsoft Hyper-V and SCVMM administration.
  • Strong understanding of SCCM for system management and deployment.
  • Familiarity with incident management and ticket resolution processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable).
