L3 Microsoft Intune Administrator with 5-10+ years of experience required for enterprise endpoint management, advanced troubleshooting, and modern device provisioning. Responsibilities include designing Intune environments, managing device lifecycles, ensuring security and compliance, and automating tasks with PowerShell.

Ansvarsområden

  • Administer and design enterprise-grade Microsoft Intune and hybrid SCCM/MECM environments.
  • Implement and manage Windows Autopilot deployments for zero-touch provisioning.
  • Manage device lifecycles, enrollment restrictions, and multi-platform policies (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
  • Migrate legacy Group Policies (GPOs) to modern Intune configuration profiles.
  • Configure and enforce compliance policies, security baselines, and conditional access policies.
  • Integrate Intune with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Manage BitLocker encryption, firewall configurations, and endpoint threat protection rules.
  • Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications (Win32 apps, MSI, LOB, and Microsoft Store apps).
  • Manage Windows Update for Business, quality updates, feature updates, and ring deployments.
  • Resolve escalated Tier-3 support tickets regarding enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and sync errors.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major P1/P2 infrastructure incidents.
  • Write and execute PowerShell scripts for automated remediation and custom reporting.

Krav

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint management.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with modern device provisioning.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and co-management with SCCM.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell automation.
  • Independent escalation handling.
  • Cross-team collaboration (with Networking and Security teams).
  • Robust technical documentation skills.
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) or Azure Administrator Associate are highly preferred.
