HCLTech is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to support services and products powering E*TRADE. The role involves maintaining and developing infrastructure, automating processes, and providing production support, requiring a smart and goal-oriented approach.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and extend tools to maintain and monitor deployments.
  • Assess, document, present, and execute project assignments.
  • Evaluate and recommend commercial and open-source software.
  • Automate complex processes.
  • Serve as an escalation point for system-related questions.
  • Provide production support.

Krav

  • 4+ years of experience with Application Delivery Controllers (Citrix Netscalers, F5 Big-IPs etc).
  • 3+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux, including a strong understanding of Linux OS.
  • 3+ years of hands-on programming experience in languages like Python.
  • 3+ years of configuration management experience (e.g., puppet, Git, Subversion).
  • 3+ years of understanding and working knowledge of fundamental Internet Protocols (e.g., DNS, HTTP, SSH, SMTP, FTP).
  • 2+ years of Core Services experience (e.g., Apache/Nginx, Tomcat, Jetty, Postfix, bind).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Web/Internet Security experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Terraform or other IaC toolsets.
  • BlueCat IPAM/DNS Experience.
  • InfoBlox Experience.
  • CI/CD knowledge.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
