- Strong experience in MySQL and PostgreSQL database administration
- Hands-on expertise in production support, performance tuning, and incident management
- Experience in backup/recovery, replication, and high availability setups
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and database monitoring tools
- Experience with scripting (Shell / Python) for automation
- Ability to work in 24/7 support / on-call environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
