The Subject Matter Expert in Support & Operations in Noida, India, will ensure timely resolution of escalated incidents using Azure DevOps and Terraform. This role involves mentoring team members, validating change implementations, engaging with customers, and conducting root cause analysis for operational excellence.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents using IaC and Terraform within Azure environments.
  • Mentor team members and administrators in best practices for Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Kubernetes.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational processes.
  • Validate Change Order Implementation Plans and ensure Human Error Compliance by applying best practices in Terraform configurations and Azure infrastructure management.
  • Engage in customer meetings to address concerns and gather feedback, leveraging knowledge of Azure services.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Trend Analysis to provide insights through reports for business stakeholders.

Krav

  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and hands-on experience with Terraform.
  • Proficient in Azure services including IaaS, PaaS, and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause and trend analyses.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to liaise with business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for incident management and service delivery.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Certification in Azure Solutions Architect or Terraform Associate is optional but valuable.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is recommended.
