This role is for a Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) specializing in Azure Security and Palo Alto technologies. The primary focus is on resolving escalations and incidents, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets/incidents using Azure Security Protocols and Palo Alto Tools, adhering to SLAs.
  • Conduct mentoring sessions for administrators and team members, develop SOPs, and maintain documentation.
  • Validate change order implementation plans and ensure compliance with human error standards.
  • Participate in capacity planning discussions.
  • Foster positive customer feedback by engaging in customer meetings and resolving issues.
  • Analyze performance data through root cause and trend analysis using Azure Security Metrics.
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Krav

  • Proficient in Azure Security and Palo Alto technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting root cause analysis and trend analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation practices.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Azure Security Engineer Associate Certification (Optional but valuable).
  • Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) (Optional but valuable).
