Job Summary

•Hands-on experience with AWS core services: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda

•Strong expertise in AWS networking: VPC design, subnets, routing, security groups, NACLs, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink

•Experience managing multi-account environments using AWS Organizations / Control Tower

•Implementation of high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery architectures

•Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks (CIS, Well-Architected)

Key Responsibilities

•Automation and Deployment

•Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation)

•Experience with CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub integrations)

•Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, EKS/ECS)

•Scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell

•Experience in workload migration and modernisation to AWS (rehosting, replatforming)

•Monitoring and Incident Management

•Experience with monitoring and observability tools: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config

•Ability to implement logging, alerting, and incident response mechanisms

•Exposure to performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in AWS environments

Skill Requirements

•Strong understanding of IAM: roles, policies, cross-account access, and federation

•Knowledge of cost optimisation and FinOps practices in AWS

•Ability to work collaboratively across teams in DevOps and cloud delivery models

•Good communication skills with ability to translate technical solutions into business context
