Amazon Shipping India seeks a dynamic SMB Growth Manager to drive volume and revenue growth within the Small and Medium Business segment. This role involves end-to-end shipper lifecycle management, including onboarding, retention, and upsell strategies, requiring collaboration with marketing and product teams.

Ansvarsområden

Own and drive volume and revenue targets for the SMB shipper segment.
Identify growth levers across the funnel and execute initiatives to improve conversion.
Develop and implement strategies to increase share of wallet among existing SMB shippers.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns and offers.
Lead a team of Account Managers, track performance, identify risks, and unlock growth opportunities.
Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
Negotiate and manage commercial terms.
Lead the onboarding experience for new SMB shippers.
Develop and refine onboarding playbooks, SOPs, and communication journeys.
Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and operations teams to build self-serve capabilities.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer service representatives.

Krav

3+ years of program or project management experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level.
Knowledge of SQL.
5+ years in logistics industry, driving scalable product and program solutions.
3+ years experience in sales / account management / business development.
