Smart Analytics Insight Center Lead

Your role

As a Smart Analytics Insight Center Lead, your mission is to support Industrial Technique Business Area with a single source of truth for sales, pricing, and profitability analytics, leveraging modern data technologies and solutions.
To drive adoption, enable business insights, and develop analytics capabilities through a dedicated in-house competence center. You will be reporting to Nicolas Cartron.

You will

• Lead the Smart Analytics Insight Center, ensuring delivery of business-driven analytics solutions across Industrial Technique Business Area
• Translate the Steering Committee roadmap into clear, actionable initiatives and oversee end-to-end execution from requirements to release
• Capture, structure, and consolidate business needs across divisions and stakeholders
• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics CoE to ensure aligned and impactful delivery
• Define and maintain KPIs, data governance standards, and business rules to ensure consistency and reliability
• Drive adoption of analytics solutions by supporting divisions and customer centers with training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, fostering collaboration and high-quality delivery

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Finance, Business Control, Analytics, or a related field
• Strong background in business intelligence and data-driven environments
• Experience with business analysis, requirement structuring, and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI
• Experience working with analytics or IT delivery teams (e.g., CoE model)
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop a team
• Solid understanding of financial KPIs and business processes
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our modern hub in Prague, Czech Republic (CZ).
