Ansvarsområden
- Operate the slitting line proficiently.
- Direct and coordinate slitter helpers.
- Assist in setups and changeovers.
- Perform quality inspection activities, including visual and measured inspection of product for damage or defects.
- Train slitter helpers.
- Maintain high-level safety and housekeeping standards.
Krav
- High School or GED Equivalent.
- 2 years in a Steel Service Center / Processing Environment.
- Professional business attitude.
- Superior supervisory abilities.
- Communication and cooperative interaction with other employees.
- Computer data entry.
- Proficient in use of Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Tape Measure.
- Proficient in Math.
- Forklift and Overhead Crane Operation.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Helpful to have experience in All Functions Required to Operate the Slitting Line.
Förmåner
- 1st shift position (Monday-Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm).
- Overtime as required.
