Krav

Significant leadership experience within food manufacturing, dairy, or FMCG operations.
Proven track record of leading a manufacturing site or large production operation.
Strong people leadership and change management capability.
Experience driving operational performance, continuous improvement, and compliance.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.
