Ericsson is seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Manager III in Indianapolis, IN. This role is responsible for all entitlement requirements, leading site acquisition teams, and overseeing real estate, zoning, and permitting activities. The position requires strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with 8-10 years of experience in telecommunications site acquisition.

Ansvarsområden

Advise on long- and short-term site acquisition strategies across markets, regions, and disciplines.
Provide level-of-effort estimates during pre-sales and early project phases.
Lead weekly deployment calls and deliver detailed site status reports.
Manage leasing, landlord consent, zoning, and permitting activities end-to-end.
Oversee architecture and engineering (A&E) firms in producing lease exhibits, zoning drawings, and construction drawings.
Obtain regulatory approvals (NEPA, SHPO, Phase 1, etc.) and manage the Notice to Proceed process.
Identify project risks and communicate mitigation strategies.
Assess service provider performance and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records in applicable databases and ensure quality audit compliance.

Krav

8 to 10 years of experience in telecommunications site acquisition
Demonstrated track record of managing diverse site acquisition deployments
Extensive experience with Master Lease Agreement (MLA) partners and tower companies
Strong negotiation skills and expertise in reviewing contract language
In-depth knowledge of real estate practices, telecommunications construction processes, and LTE network design fundamentals
Experience managing budgets with profit and loss responsibility
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to travel as required
