Ansvarsområden
- Lead complex customer engagements for integration, bring-up, and deployment of Memory Interface PHY IP (HBM, DDR, LPDDR) and Controller IP solutions.
- Drive technical resolution of significant customer issues involving integration, silicon bring-up, debug, and deployment.
- Serve as a key technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Deliver technical presentations, training, and guidance to customers.
- Create and improve technical documentation, collateral, and enablement materials.
- Contribute expert insight to product and engineering teams based on customer feedback.
- Stay current with evolving interface and memory protocols (DDR5, LPDDR6, MRDIMM2, HBM4, PCIe, Ethernet, UCIe).
- Support customer engagements globally, including occasional travel (up to 15–20%).
Krav
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, ideally with a VLSI focus.
- 10+ years of industry experience with Memory Interface IP (DDR, LPDDR, HBM) or other Interface IP (PCIe, Ethernet, UCIe).
- Deep experience with customer-facing applications engineering, technical support, or deployment of complex IP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up, lab debug, and post-silicon technical problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of Controller IPs, AMBA bus interfaces, AXI, backend engineering, and ASIC design flows.
- Proficiency in Linux, Verilog and/or VHDL, and relevant ASIC development environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
