As a Silicon IP Program Manager, you will lead customer-facing IP programs from kickoff through post-silicon support, owning schedules, milestones, and deliverables. You will coordinate global teams and manage risks to ensure successful execution and customer product launches.

  • Own schedules, milestones, deliverables, and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Coordinate global teams across engineering, applications, sales, and support.
  • Manage risks, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful execution.
  • Communicate program status to customers and leadership.

Krav

  • BSEE or equivalent with 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • Technical program management experience in SoC, analog IP, digital IP, or related technologies.
  • Experience managing customer-facing programs and stakeholder communication.
  • Understanding of semiconductor design flows, IP integration, and tapeout processes.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
