Ansvarsområden

  • Direct responsibility for the management of one or more Home Furnishing Businesses within the store.
  • Ensure the department operates efficiently and profitably, providing customers with a distinctive and delightful shopping experience.
  • Develop annual action plans to execute business plans, meet or exceed sales goals and related P&L objectives.
  • Optimize sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability through range presentation.
  • Lead the continuous development of the sales department, ensuring customer service standards are met or exceeded.
  • Actively contribute to the sales management team by supporting and coaching co-workers.
  • Undertake Duty Manager and other storewide managerial responsibilities as required.

Krav

  • Genuine passion for home furnishings and ability to develop in-depth knowledge of the local market.
  • Aptitude to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively.
  • 3-5 years of retail management experience and/or an undergraduate degree in Retail Management.
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial leadership profile with a “hands-on” approach.
  • Well-developed strategic, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven P&L accountability.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
