Emerson is looking for a Shipping Coordinator in Busan, Republic of Korea. This role involves managing daily delivery dates, updating SAP and delivery management files, and overseeing finished goods storage. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage daily delivery dates from shipyard server and update SAP (VA02/ZVA02_FD).
  • Collect the newest delivery date via email and from the person in charge.
  • Manage key delivery files: Order on hand status, TLG Master Project List, and Actuator Assembly plan.
  • Enter data into order on hand status from OTD (Order Transfer Document).
  • Check the quantity of actual amounts and classes, and verify finished deliveries for each project.
  • Manage finished goods storage on a weekly basis, identifying items not received by customers past their delivery date.
  • Update the Act & System delivery date weekly, comparing recent and previous dates.
  • Review and investigate delivery dates for gated order process meetings monthly.
  • Escalate customer situation issues to reflect the proper POR target.
  • Input rescheduled delivery data into SAP after meetings.

Krav

  • Educational attainments equal to or higher than a 2-year college graduate.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in Korean and English.
