Emerson is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Inspector in Ash Flat, AR. Responsibilities include processing and documenting shipments, verifying counts, updating inventory systems, and performing quality checks. Requires a High School Diploma and the ability to pass forklift and DOT training.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare, process, and distribute daily shipment documentation for inbound and outbound materials.
  • Verify physical counts against documentation to assure accuracy of goods received.
  • Ensure received materials are put away in proper location and update JDE.
  • Assist in Quality Control procedures, checking for required certificates and completing incoming inspection.
  • Mark, label, weigh, and pack products for storage/shipping.
  • Stage orders and materials for loading/shipping.
  • Sort shipments by freight line and close orders for truck shipments.
  • Perform cycle counts for purchased and produced materials.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks using a forklift.

Krav

  • High School Diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a high school level.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70lbs.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification written exam and driving demonstration.
  • Ability to obtain D.O.T. training certification for signing waste hauler manifest, shipping and receiving hazardous and non-hazardous products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively in a team environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Associates Degree in any field.
  • 1 – 3 years consistent work experience in any field.
  • Prior forklift certification.
  • Experience with ERP systems (JDE).
