I korthet

Tetra Pak is seeking a Shift QC Technician in Kunshan, China to ensure standards and quality systems are followed. Responsibilities include performing incoming, process, and final quality control to ensure compliance with specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience or a relevant diploma, with good knowledge of production processes, quality control, and basic food safety.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and establish quality procedures (OPL and SOP).
  • Execute Q points control audits.
  • Assist/support production processes by involving in failure analysis and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Participate in Improvement Teams activities as a team member.
  • Train and support operators.
  • Apply defined test methods and communicate the results of tests.
  • Perform internal calibration for measurement instruments.
  • Perform incoming, process and final quality control in accordance with Quality Plan and defined Test Methods.

Krav

  • At least 3 years of experience as a quality technician or a fresh candidate with a basic diploma in Quality/ Food Safety/ Statistical/ Chemical function.
  • Good knowledge of production processes.
  • Good knowledge of P2 Q points control.
  • Good knowledge of all production Barrier Quality lab standard equipment's calibration.
  • Basic knowledge of Product safety (Food safety).
  • WCM knowledge: Quality Matrixes, 5C0D, RCA (Ishikawa Diagram and 5Whys), Deployment concepts and Pareto Analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of WCM methodologies: PDCA cycle, 12 steps of Kaizen.
