Ensure standards and quality systems are followed by performing incoming, process, and final quality control in accordance with the Quality Plan. This role involves developing quality procedures, executing Q points control audits, and assisting production processes with failure analysis and corrective actions.
Ansvarsområden
- Develop and establish quality procedures (OPL and SOP)
- Execute Q points control audits
- Assist/support production processes by involving in failure analysis and suggest corrective actions
- Participate in Improvement Teams activities as team member
- Train and support operators
- Apply defined test methods as per defined frequency and Communicate the results of tests
- Perform internal calibration for measurement instruments
Krav
- At least 3 years experience as quality technician or Fresh candidate with basic diploma in Quality/ Food Safety/ Statistical/ Chemical function
- Good knowledge of production processes
- Good knowledge of P2 Q points control
- Good knowledge of all production Barrier Quality lab standard equipments' calibration
- Basic knowledge of Product safety (Food safety)
- WCM knowledge: Quality Matrixes, 5C0D, RCA (Ishikava Diagram and 5Whys), Deployment concepts and Pareto Analysis
- Basic knowledge of WCM methodologies: PDCA cycle, 12 step of Kaizen
