We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer for our Madurai, Tamil Nadu location. The role involves providing L1/L2/L3 support, administration, and maintenance for SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments, including troubleshooting, managing permissions, and ensuring smooth platform operation.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues related to sites, permissions, workflows, lists, libraries, and search functionality.
  • Manage user access, security groups, and permission settings.
  • Support SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and patch management activities.
  • Monitor SharePoint health, performance, and availability.
  • Work with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to understand and resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Support backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance policies.

Krav

  • Strong experience in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
  • Experience with SharePoint site collections, document libraries, and permissions.
  • Understanding of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.).
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Microsoft Certifications related to SharePoint/Microsoft 365.
