The position requires up to 75% domestic travel and allows for 2 days of telecommuting per week.
Ansvarsområden
- Manage sales of Tetra Pak's food processing and packaging equipment.
- Develop business strategy and manage price quotations.
- Oversee customer satisfaction and account management for key accounts.
- Oversee technical sales business development for key customers.
- Develop, implement, and complete service account plans and targets.
- Define account specific objectives, strategies, and actions.
- Oversee the provision of support services to existing customers.
- Assess customers' operations and performance to detect improvement potential or issues.
- Oversee product selection and specifications, pricing, regulatory issues, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Advise customers of viable Tetra Pak solutions.
- Oversee the provision of technical and portfolio recommendations to customers.
- Assign and direct work for professional employees.
- Review and approve the work of professional employees.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with technical sales management, production management, or related.
- OR Associate’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience with technical sales management, production management, or related.
- Experience with food processing manufacturing.
- Experience overseeing quality assurance activities.
- Experience developing production and quality plans.
- Experience working on dairy and beverage technologies.
- Experience with maintenance systems including food packaging/processing line monitoring data analysis.
- Experience conducting food packaging and processing equipment and line performance evaluations.
Önskade kvalifikationer
