ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Service Technician in Monroe, NC to perform maintenance, repair, and upgrades on automated pedestrian doors. This role involves diagnosing electro-mechanical and electrical issues, working with various door components, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Ansvarsområden

  • Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
  • Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and contractors.
  • Participate in training programs.
  • Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.

Krav

  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.
  • Minimum age requirement of 21.
  • Must be able to successfully obtain AAADM certification within six (6) months of employment and maintain certification.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 110 pounds.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware is preferred.
  • Access control systems knowledge is a plus.
