ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Service Technician in Calgary, Alberta, to perform maintenance, repair, and upgrade of automated pedestrian doors. The role involves diagnosing electro-mechanical and electrical issues, working with various door components, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ansvarsområden

Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction.
Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 110 pounds, climbing ladders, kneeling, driving, and working in various positions.

Krav

Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.
Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21.
Must be able to successfully obtain AAADM certification within twelve (12) months of employment and maintain certification as required.
Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus).
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.
