Atlas Copco Bulgaria EOOD seeks a Service Technician to provide skilled on-site service for industrial equipment across Varna, Shumen, Targoviste, and Razgrad. The role involves inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, acting as the primary on-site customer contact, and collaborating with a service team to ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment.
  • Diagnose issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Perform installations and ensure safety compliance.
  • Accurately document all activities.
  • Act as the on-site contact for customers, providing service recommendations and addressing their needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in planning, spare parts coordination, and remote technical support.

Krav

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
  • Technical education (Mechanical or Electrical studies) or significant technical experience in industrial machinery.
  • Native speaker of Bulgarian.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
