The role involves independent planning and execution of service calls, maintenance, repairs, customer training, and on-call duties. Ideal candidates have a technical background, preferably in electrical or mechanical fields, and a flexible, independent work style.

Ansvarsområden

  • Plan and carry out service calls independently.
  • Perform timely maintenance and repair of door systems.
  • Troubleshoot and fix faults.
  • Provide expert instruction to end-users on system operation.
  • Undertake on-call duties for urgent customer needs.
  • Assist installers with new system installations.

Krav

  • Completed training as an electrical fitter, installer, or mechanic, or a similar qualification.
  • Handicraft-talented career changers are also welcome.
  • Solid knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering.
  • Ideally, several years of professional experience.
  • Residency in the Bern or Aargau region is advantageous.
  • Independent, flexible, and resilient personality with good organizational skills.
