Ericsson is seeking a Service Support Specialist Jr. in Querétaro, Mexico, an entry-level position responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, dispatch, and logistics to ensure service availability and meet Service Level Agreements. The role involves handling work orders, resolving customer issues, and providing status updates.

Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate maintenance activities requiring dispatch and logistics skills.
  • Ensure services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement performance levels.
  • Receive work orders from Customer Care Center or Customer NOCs and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Provide meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the Customer.
  • Handle customer orders and Ericsson System Intakes.
  • Manage Service Desk Processes.
  • Execute Field Operations Dispatch Processes.
  • Perform Service Operations Activities.
  • Engage in Proactive Customer services.

Krav

  • Fresh graduates from University with interest in support.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Ideally to have Service Desk or Customer Service experience.
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.
  • Team work skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions & procedures.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Able to turn shifts every 4 months and work on weekends.
