Your role  

As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

You will

  • Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues.
  • Monitor and report on service sales activities, preparing weekly and monthly reports, while keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes.

  • University degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using CRM systems or willingness to learn (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Good organisation and time management, with a proactive approach to planning and delivering results.
  • Able to travel frequently (up to 80% of the time). 
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Holder of a Class B driving license
