I korthet

We are seeking a Service Planner to join CP Chicago Pneumatic in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves service delivery planning, contract creation and maintenance in SAP, spare parts ordering, and coordinating service job execution. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or diploma, relevant service industry experience, and proficiency in SAP.

Ansvarsområden

  • Service Delivery Planning and Execution
  • New Service Contract creation
  • Creating contracts in SAP based on regional sales & service team input
  • Service Contract Maintenance including price, duration, and renewal checks
  • Service Contract Invoicing
  • Spare parts and Equipment order booking
  • Coordination with regional CSO for service contract execution
  • Monitoring Service job activities through Movilizer and ensuring timely closing
  • O&M contractor Purchase order creations and sub contractor invoice processing
  • Vendor master data stewardship
  • Resolving queries/issues on systems like MAM2
  • Analyzing recurring system issues and collaborating with IT for resolution
  • Identifying and implementing system changes to support organizational plans
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the Product manager
  • Non-Core purchase responsibilities (SRM)
  • Vendor orders creation & payment Processing & record keeping

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or a related field
  • Background in the service industry with a solid understanding of service operations and customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Experienced with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Demonstrated ability in cross-functional teamwork and administrative tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
