We are seeking a Service Planner to join our team in Shanghai. This role involves planning and coordinating internal service requests, managing daily schedules for Field Service Engineers to optimize resources and workload, and ensuring high customer focus and timely execution of services. The position also includes administrative tasks related to service agreements and monitoring essential compliance aspects.

Ansvarsområden

Planning and coordination of internal service requests with customers, Field Service Engineers and/or external service providers.
Daily management of Field Service Engineer's work schedules optimizing resources, travel activities, balancing workload and utilizing Field Service Engineers according to their area of expertise.
Ensure that jobs are executed with high customer focus, in a timely manner and according to local prioritization criteria.
Execution of pre-mobilizataion safety checks with customers according to global standards.
Control Field Service order backlog and ensure consistent flow of relevant information from Field Service to Customer Service allowing for timely customer invoicing.
Administration of Service Agreements.
Monitoring of special tools, certifications, work permits and vaccinations.

Krav

Experience in planning and coordination of service requests.
Proficiency in managing schedules and optimizing resources.
Understanding of customer service principles and prioritization criteria.
Experience with administrative tasks related to service agreements.
Ability to monitor tools, certifications, work permits, and vaccinations.
